<p>definately call to verify but the schools I have asked have said potsmarked.</p>
<p>You need to have YOUR portion postmarked (or submitted online) by Nov 1. Your school stuff should follow shortly but if it's not in, it doesn't adversely affect you. Your file will be started and when the other materials come in, the file will be read. </p>

<p>^^^ that must depend on the school. I was told when calling a specific U that everything had to be pm'ed by the 1st, not just the student portion.</p>
