<p>I assume that all transfer applications have a sheet for a Dean's Recommendation -- at least all of mine do. Anyhow, are we supposed to have our advisers fill this out, or the actual Dean of our college?</p>
<p>Take it to the Dean of Students. They just look at your records and let the school know that your in good academic standing. If the Dean knows you, it's even better.</p>
<p>really? The dean can write you a recommendation, even without knowing you, if you're on the dean's list?</p>
<p>Edit: Nevermind, I don't think a recommendation from someone who doesn't know you would be very strong, I'll stick with the one my professor wrote me</p>
<p>Well, I took one of mine and he scribbled 3 sentences of platitudes. Something about my human promise. I was going to barf. So the other 6 I gave to my advisor and she'll halp me out.</p>
