Hello, I am an international student who wants to study at the University of Washington. I would like to hear about my chance to UW.
Here are my academic details:
-IELTS 6.5 (Reading 7, Listening 7, Speaking 6, Writing 6)
-ACT 22 (Math 27, English 20, Reading 17, Science 22)
-GPA 3.79 out of 4.0
Here are my EC and volunteers:
-Wrestling Judo for 9 years
-Volunteer river cleaner for 4 years
-Volnteer animal in danger saver for 6 years

There are no experts here. And even if their were UW adcoms here, they wouldn’t chance you. It’s in your best interest, however, to retake your ACT to get a higher score.
Not an expert, but like @CaliCash mentioned, retaking your ACT may benefit you.
your ACT score will get you denied. retake it or take the SAT if ACT was too hard for you.
