Dear Collegeboard...

I would like to present you with a big fat "you suck"

I took 6 AP tests this year and i still have not received my letter in the score. I called in twice, first time a representative said they "mailed it again" to the correct address, and then nothing. Second time a manager said they will mail it again, so far, still nothing. I took 4 AP tests last year, what made you think my apt number disappeared?

I paid 1000 bucks to you guys and this is the service i get? ******* non-profit status is totally BS, you run like a business without the responsibility and competition of a real business. If this had been any other service, I would most likely have my money back and I most likely won't ever to business with this kind of service, but since you guys are the sole monopolizer of testing services, i'll probably be spending another 600 bucks on tests next year while shelling out even more money for score reports to colleges. This is ridiculous.

Aren’t AP tests $85? So if you took 10 APs total, that’s $850, not $1000.

I wouldn’t stress about those scores getting to you. Wait a bit longer; when did the manager say they mailed them again? Maybe you would be better off getting them by phone. Last year I somehow missed the first two numbers of my street number. It took a while for my scores to reach me but it would have taken even longer if there had been more than 15 houses on my street.

Also, assuming you’re an incoming senior, you’ll know where you’re going to college by the time you take APs next year–the first few score reports are free, I think, if you write them down when you take the test. I don’t remember, though, so maybe I’m wrong. If you’re an incoming junior then you don’t need to send your scores to colleges until the spring/summer after you’re accepted.

It’s your fault, you filled out the forms wrong some how and thats why you haven’t gotten your scores.

^^^No, they’re $86. That extra dollar makes collegeboard a dollar happier.

Edit: And yes, collegeboard’s happiness is measured in dollars.

Chill man. Relax. It’s not the end of the world if you don’t get your scores yet. I do agree with you on how CB is like a monopoly though. It’s ridiculous how much they charge for everything.

College Board is being a ripoff. It just raised the SAT price by $2 this year. Eventually, when I have children, the SAT price will most likely be above $60.

By then I’d think that everyone will have gotten over the whole college thing, since people just get silly majors anyway.

@meteman, I checked, i filled two of the tests on the back, our school also checks for us. I called them in and they corrected the address, i don’t see how this is my fault.

actually I’ve probably paid way more than 1000 bucks to CB, which is pretty disgusting.
