Debating over taking Physics or AP Environmental Science

Before I go any further I have no plans on majoring in any kind of Science, although Science interests me, I have no plans on majoring in it.

Anyways, I am debating over whether to take Physics or AP Environmental Science. I really find Physics interesting, not that I don't find Environmental Science interesting, but not as much as Physics. But the catch here is I hate building stuff and doing projects like the ones you would have to do in Physics. (I couldn't even make a model car right when I did Cub Scouts years ago) And APES is mostly just a bunch of essays and maybe a few projects, (From what I've heard at least) but nothing that involves building stuff like Physics. So I'm just wondering, should I take Physics which I find a lot more interesting to learn, but I will hate life doing the projects that it involves, or APES which I find somewhat interesting, and won't have to do any projects (Probably) That I won't despise.

You don’t really build stuff in physics. That’s more for a basic technology class.

It’s primarily solving problems and doing easy labs. Take Physics. Or if your school allows it, skip straight to Physics B (this was allowed in my school, but I wasn’t aware of it before taking ABP :\ ).

Good luck.

apes is so easy take that and do physics C later

Also, you could keep whoever the teacher is in mind. I took APES and had an awesome teacher who I’d had before, so it was a good time.

Plus the AP test isn’t bad and it will raise your GPA (assumption- don’t know your grading scale)

Do AP Physics as you need B to go to C, and Physics is so much easier in school than self-studying, plus you can always self-study APES

I’m kinda late responding to this. But oh well,
AP Physics is a self-study (B or C not enough people willing to enroll for a class) and the teacher makes you take Regular Physics first because of this.

At my school the teacher makes you build stuff because on our weekly school broadcast you see projects they do that includes building stuff, which was a huge reason why I didn’t know what I wanted to take. And as far as teacher Quality, both teachers are considered to be good teachers, the Physics teacher is probably considered to be better, but the AP Environmental Teacher is considered to also be one of the better teachers at the school.
