Dec. 1 RD deadline?

<p>I'm a hs junior just starting the college information process. I'm interested mostly in NE colleges. Rutgers appeals to me for a lot of reasons, but their website seems needlessly confusing. Can anyone tell me if their Regular Decision deadline is really Dec. 1? They refer to their deadlines at "Priority Dates," but I don't see anything that refers to Early Action/Decision or Regular Decision. I'm interested in scholarship money and if I need to apply by Dec. 1 for that, I need to get moving as I wasn't planning to apply ED/EA to any of my schools.</p>

<p>Rutgers has Rolling Admissions, and that means you can send in your application anytime you ready. If you are looking for merit money, the earlier you apply, the better, so if you areready on Oct.15, you will stand a better chance. Ofcourse, Rutgers gives merit $$ based on gpa and SATs, so those better be good ;)</p>
