DEC 2nd CR (Indian Watchmaker/Lobster Crisis/Politician/Reading Gone to Hell)

i stink at vocab!

I got the truculent one wrong and now the fickelness one wrong!

I put blundering i think.

there was one on the watch mender one asking about how the offer of apprenticeship changed how the boy felt about life and i'm pretty sure it was one of two answers, (which i cannot repeat verbatim but will hopefully capture the right meaning), but which one?

before, [the boy] thought his prospects in life were limited

i actually don't remember this other one. gahh.

anyway the problem is that i feel like because the passage was all about how he was pysched to be able to move "out and on" in life, either of those two answers could have been gleaned from the passage, and appropriately so.

in any case, what did y'all put?

and by the way, I too put that full-bodied meant complete

I put the one about him feeling his prospects were limited

I agree with both your answers (limited and complete)

haha now i'm a little worried because i don't remember which one i finally decided on... let's hope it's the one whose wording i was able to remember.

does anyone know what they got for the purpose of the the two planet-locating passages?

Also, i know that the answer was acute for the description of the prices of lobsters, but does anyone remember the other choices? i forgot which one i put...

thanks!

I put the purpose for the planets as something about the challenge of finding small planets

awesome! that's what i got! :D
