<p>this is what they say " Please note that due to the change over to the New Sat, we will be able to process a full refund for your original January testing fees." That means that since the SAT has changed, we will be able to get a refund.</p>
<p>choeh912, are you sure they don't just mean "new SAT" as in the one you'll be taking on the new date? People registered for the old test, and are now going to make up the old test, they wouldn't spring the new one on them out of nowhere. It's still an old test, not for February 4. Besides, there were some people, like myself, taking SAT IIs on that date, including the writing SAT II, and that was going to be the last available time to take it. I very highly doubt that they wouldn't offer the SAT II Writing in the make-up testing.</p>
