<p>If you really want to complain about this, a more effective strategy might be to e-mail <a href="http://www.fairtest.org%5B/url%5D"&gt;www.fairtest.org&lt;/a>, although even they are not exactly the most responsive organization. I complained to both College Board and FairTest a couple of years ago because a recent exam was apparently EXACTLY the same as an exam from about a year ago (I forget the exact dates now)! A representative from College Board actually called me to let me know that they take test security very seriously (but she never directly addressed my complaint); FairTest never e-mailed me back. College Board definitely routinely reuses sections and sometimes entire exams from previous test dates (although, to be fair, the previous dates are always "non-disclosed" dates, dates on which QAS is not available). CB assumes that not very many students will take the SAT that far apart, say, in both December 2005 and January 2007. The real question I have here is how the academy actually got a copy of the entire December 2005 exam, since that was NOT an exam that was released! If the school actually had the ENTIRE exam, it must have been stolen from a testing site.</p>

<p>I was going to take the January 07 exam but I decided to take the subject test instead. My friends took the Jan 07 exam. It isn't fair for me. I will directly have to compete with them and my score will be lower than theirs, when I take my SAT1. Isn't there anything anyone can do about this? I would've done really well because I did do the Dec 2005 for practise. This is so unfair!!!</p>
