December 13th SSAT scores!

Verbal Score 749
(Personal Score Range: 728 - 770, SSAT Percentile 94%)

Math Score 800
(Personal Score Range: 779 - 800, SSAT Percentile 99%)

Reading Score 734
(Personal Score Range: 713 - 755, SSAT Percentile 97%)

Total Score 2283
(Personal Score Range: NA, SSAT Percentile 98%)

I'm really happy!! squees These should be good enough for the Top Tier schools, right? Though, I'm confused about my reading score, because in the email SSAT sent me it said:

*Reading

Main Idea: Right 21 Wrong 0 Omitted 0
Higher Order: Right 17 Wrong 2 Omitted 0*

If I only got 2 wrong on the entire section, how did I only get a score of 734?? Does the Reading score sort of mix with the Verbal scores or something?

Whatever... I'm still pretty ecstatic... MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

No I missed 3 and omitted 1....I don't even wanna say how far it dropped me. I guess lots of people do good in reading.

DaDingy: Hi there! I got the exact reading raw score as you (two wrong, none omitted) and my reading percentile was 97% just like you. Don't worry too much about it! =) Well you've had a great score, g'luck on the rest of the application!

How did you guys get your scores back so early? When I registered, I got something that said I'd get my score back on the 31st of December.. 6 more days of painful agony!

Do the results come via mail or email? I forgot, haha..
& Congrats to everybody in this thread. All these 80's and 90's are scaring me, because you have to realize: somewhere in the world, somebody got a percentile of 10 or something low compared to all these high percentiles.. I think I'll get like, 2nd percentile in verbal (analogy kills me every time)!

6 more days.. D:

If you do the web bundle or something like that I believe you will receive it by e-mail. Im not sure what my mom did I just know that we received it by e-mail.

I hope I did well!

DaDingy - then its not just me. I got 734 in reading too for two wrong answers. I think you'd get 768 if you get 1 wrong. 97% is still good though.

I had 3 wrong in reading and got 710/88%. Does that make sense?

Same!...but I had one omission. I was so ****ed cuz I didn't think I missed anything. And I didnt think 3 wrong 1 omission would put me in mid 80's. But w.e

It is is very impossible.
Anyway the scores are great

Got my scores today

Math 800
Verbal 773
Reading 710
Total 2283 96%

Is this good enough for the top tiered schools?

No, absolutely not... you must be above the 98th percentile to have even a SHOT at admission.

Im afraid to say mmoynan may be right. Try taking it again and you may get an acceptable score

My daughters still havnt gotten her scores when should I be worried
