**December 14 ACT Thread**

Do you mean that we can get official answers to Questions which came in ACT today for international?

I mean how can we remember all the questions

Sorry for this stupud question I am just so confused so please help me

Sorry for the confusion - not answers to the test you took today! That was meant for tlc who was asking if the International test was a different version than the US test.

Rate the test on a scale 1-5 based on the ease of section (5=hardest):

English-2
Math-3
Reading-4
Science-5

Essay-3- Ran out of time but a good prompt

Out of 5

English 2.5
Math 3.5 (i usually get 36’s, not this time)
Reading 3
Science 2 (I found it easy, but everyone I asked said it was impossible)

Essay 2.5

Is 3 full pages long enough to get a 5-6 on the essay?

Predictions on scale?

Do all the rescheduled tests mean that today’s test takers will get their score later than usual?

^^I would assume it would be a different test, or else that would be completely unfair, no?

71E is the form I had

The Reading and Science were much harder than the last test I took I got 34 on science and 30 reading but im honestly expectin below 30 on both :frowning: however
The math was much easier probably 33 and english (my weakest subject) went up to a 30 from a 27

Old scores to New scores
ENG 27 30
MATH 30 33
READ 30 30 (Or lower)
SCI 34 30 (Or lower)

Form 71E

English-1
Math-3
Reading-2
Science-4

Scores on October’s exam for comparison:

English:35 (about the same hopefully)
Math:28 (I thought October’s was much more difficult)
Reading: 33 (hopefully the same or higher)
Science 30: (probably a 28, depending on curve)
Composite: 32

Somebody should create a Google doc to post some of the questions (somebody did this for the October ACT, and it relieved some of the stress to know if you got difficult questions right or wrong).

^^that would be nice ;)

Scale predictions for a 36

75–English
59-60–Math
40–Reading
39-40 Science

the test got harder as it went along. English was the easiest and science was the hardest

I felt the English test was super easy this time. Here are my rankings of difficulty.

English: 1
Math: 3
Reading: 2
Science: 4

English: 2
Math: 1.5
Reading: 3.5
Science: 3.5/4

There was a question on the science section that was a “which of the following choices” kind of question. I think they were
I) absorbs water
II) absorbs CO2
III) holds in place

What did you guys put?

English - 2
Math - 2
Reading - 3
Science - 4

I put all of the above.

Here is one of the reading passages (scroll down to “The Polynesian Settlement of the Pacific”)
[The Settlement of Polynesia, Part 1](http://www.paulwaters.com/migrate.htm)

Anybody remember words or key phrases from the other reading passages to help find them?
One was about a train ride back to his hometown another was a black singer. Last one was about Shakespeare I think.
