<p>About the football passage–There was a question on the second line of the passage.</p>
<p>It went something like: “Life would be better without college football. Or, at the least, with a smaller dose of it.”</p>
<p>The question asked what the purpose of the second sentence was.</p>
<p>I said it was to take a bold stance on a controversial issue–no idea if that’s right.</p>
