December 2010 SAT Math

the answer for tick mark was 2.5 or 5/2

haha good. the 1375 almost made me lose hope of my 800. but if i got that right i think that should give it to me.

pretty positive it’s 875. someone should change that aggregation of answers.

the one with the spehere inside of a cube with volume 8. THe radius is 1 right?

and 7 for both candy and newspaper?

also for the one with the biographies and novels or something I got 36 because order didnt matter right not 72?

so far:
(9,10) was the y= a(x-5)^2 + b
and x+y-z is -50
reflected over y = 4 is 5
potatoes 1/4
4 digit =18
9:10
50-50 so answer is 0
sqroot 136
72pi
ap<ac

free response:
9,
7
1320 prism
2200
3k/17 has to be 17
3x + 4(x) = 40, 7x = 40, x = 40/7
2.5 for evenly distributed ticks

experimental OR diff version? cuz i didn’t have:
4:9
volume one idk answer
6
1375 or 875

1999
3 or 63
1/9
7

add guys

@dj:
Did you have the math experimental? Because I’m trying to figure out which section it was (I know I got one question wrong in one math section (Not the one with the FRQs, the one after it), but it seemed like a question that would not normally be on the sat).

Any one confirm on the question that was multiple choice…3x+4y=40 x<y so x=4?

yeah, the one with the biographies and fiction books was actually 36, i just checked with my tutor. and also yeah… the cube and sphere radius answer was 1.

@Fl, I’m pretty sure it’s 72 because it asked how many different combinations of 1 History and 1 Biography novel could she have.

@Flcollegeman yes rad is 1.
no. it was indeed 72

yeah i believe it was 72. it was just 6x12 - to make it as simple as possible haha.

@Totalderiv check my aggregate answers, it’s 40/7

exactly zed so AB is the same as BA so it needs to be divided by two I think…

Is it 36 or 72?

I may have over-thought it. O well :(

It definetly is 72 look

As you can see each novel matches 1 fiction

The question for the book was 6 types of book A and 12 types of book B. What are the total # different possible book combination with 1 from both A+B

@Fl, yeah but there were 6 other history books so you have to take into account THOSE remaining 6 books.

No one got this question???

there are 3 tablespoon on water and 2 teaspoon of water, what is the ratio?,

was it asking for the ratio of water or ratio of tablespoon to teaspoon , said that ( 3teaspoon = 1tablespoon)

one of the answers is 9:10
what’s the question

guys for the tablespoons nonfiction books its probly experimental if you had 3 math 25 min sections so dont worry
