Sang or had sang?

For the midpoint garden question, does (x1+ x2 + x3 / 3, y1 + y2 + y3 / 3) work?

had sang is grammatically incorrect. it’s had sung, but both “sang” and “had sung” are in the perfect so just “sang” is more correct for that sentence because of the bridge’S

what did you guys get for the 2sina=2cos(pi/2-a)? I put pi/2 because sin(pi/2)=1, so 2sina=2, then cos0=1, so 2cos0=1 so those two both equal 2.

@timestorms I agree, sang is the best answer.

Overall i felt good. Got a 32 on first try going for 34
English: Very easy this time so that was solid
Math: pretty typical, easy then got challenging at the end
Reading: extremely east minus the one about whose spot he took in the band
Science: challenging. the vh problem and the magnet one cause some issues

i think the bridge one wasn’t referring to any time of possesion? or there was another question with a possessive apostrophe in which it wasn’t needed

@lrrsnb yes i think i put something about interrupting the narrator?

@LRRSNB I said that it was something about disturbing his pleasant view or something like that

for the sang or had sung would it be had sung? because it was something he did habitually in the past…

so for the science the clamp question…what did you guys put? I put that it was to promote insulation… also which student’s viewpoint was scientifically correct? Science was so hard! :((

the clamp was to promote i think because in the picture the clamp was literally just a thing holding up the magneticc board

had sung wasn’t even an answer choice tbh and it talked about the bridge’s heavenly view or something

what did the ‘n’ in the diagram represent? the north pole of the magnet or something else?

nanometers

my guessing skills on the SAT suck, but on the ACT i’m a freaking boss

@mvsz333 I put north pole because I remember there was an N and an S on the diagram, im not sure if that’s right tho…

What did yall put for the science part where a question about which theories from students 1,2,3, or 4 was the most accurate about the candle? I didn’t quite understand it because it was mainly based on your opinion.

Yeah, if someone could please explain the science question about which student was the most scientifically correct…I had no idea where to find the answer in the passage. Was it based on background knowledge?

@joowonie that one struck me as odd as well bc it was a knowledge based question whereas act science is typically reasoning…i put student 4, have no idea if thats correct though. was there also a question on science about birds? being endothermic vs ectothermic? or am i mixing it up w/ a practice test i recently took…
