December ACT score reports on time?

First time posting after a long time lounging around on here.

So, I'm thinking about taking the ACT with Writing in December but I'm a bit confused about how to send the scores.

So, those "four free score reports" they include when you sign up for the test, are those real score reports as well? If I select the schools I want to send the scores to with those four free reports, will I have to resend them after the scores come out? Or is it all done and I won't have to pay to send scores to the schools? Will they make in time to the UC's? Thank you.

Oh common guys…anyone? Please? I’m sure a lot of people have the same question…

All schools will accept the December test date (unless you apply ED). Many private schools will even accept January/February/March.
For all UC’s, the last test date is December for both SAT and ACT. The test date is designed so that the school will get it on time as long as it is listed BEFORE you take the test. If you decide to send it to a school after you take the test, it may have to be rush reported and there is no guarantee that the UC will get it on time.
If you select the four free report, you will NOT have to resend it again. You can also add more than four reports (although those you will pay extra) to ensure that all your schools get the test on time.
