I plan on taking the December ACT as a Sophmore and am expecting to get a 32+ because i am going to practice a lot. The math and English portion seem relatively easy to me (I've taken two practice tests and found out that the mistakes i made were very silly) and the reading and science i plan on developing until the test day. So, what I'm asking you guys is, realistically, what are the possibilities of me getting a 32+ on the ACT as a Sophmore with about 35-40 days left of studying. Also, do you guys recommend anything that i use to help me gain any more knowledge about any sections (i have the red book). Thanks!

you are a sophomore. Take a deep breath, and go have some fun tonight. Don't stress too much about the ACT until Junior year.

Take a full length practice test out of the Red Book and then set a goal after you get that score

I got a 36 as a sophomore ;)

So it's possible if you try hard and have a good test day.

My advice is really pay attention in your English and lab science classes. Grammar skills and reading lab reports are what really boosted my score on E and S, respectively.

I'm a sophmore taking the ACT in Dec too!
I'm shooting for a 34-36. dang the science section...
