Ok, so I'm not one of those super genius's who i've noticed on this forum, but I have an 85.8 average (all my classes are honors classes) and my SAT scores (as of now) are Math and Reading: 590 and Writing: 510 (ew). My high school, Townsend Harris, is one of the best schools in New York City. So what are some good undergrad accounting colleges that I can actually get accepted into?

I've been looking at:
Boston University
James Madison University
Michigan State
University of Connecticut
University of Illinois - Urbana Champaign
University of Texas - Austin
Syracuse University
SUNY - Binghamton

The long shots:
University Of Pennsylvania
New York University
Notre Dame

So my chances from my academic standpoint?

BU - Reach
James Madison University - Match
Michigan State - Match
University of Connecticut - Slight Reach
University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign - Slight Reach
University of Texas at Austin - Slight Reach
Syracuse University - Match
SUNY at Binghamton - Match

UPenn - High Reach
NYU - Reach
Notre Dame - Reach

Your SAT scores are really low, but your GPA’s okay. Get the SAT to somewhere in the 1900s and a lot of the reaches become matches/slight reaches.

BU match
JMU dont know
michigan state - good shot
U conn - dont know ( as in dont know the uni well enough to chance)
u illinois - reach
ut austin - high match
syracuse high match
suny binghampton low match

u penn- far reach
nyu reach
notre dame far reach

chance me back? http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/560692-northwestern-umichigan-john-hopkins-chance-me-please-ill-chance-u.html

wow, i thought NYU would be a far reach, thanks for helping me out. I have like no “college knowledge”
