Decent Engineering schools?

I was wondering, what are some decent engineering schools that could be considered moderate to get into? Im looking for more that are not really reaches, but isnt exactly a safety (my 1 safety is SUNY Buffalo). Im looking for schools more in the Northeast, but I will go as south as Virginia.

Virginia Tech
University Of Maryland - College Park
Pennsylvania State University - University Park
Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute

If you gave your stats and desires for a school, it would help people suggest schools.

Here are my Stats, it it helps.

3.8 Unweighted GPA (no idea what it is weighted)
International Baccalaureate Student
Class Rank : 7th/600ish students
PSAT: 165 - with studying, that could easily go up with the real SAT.
SAT II Chemistry : 620 ( no chance with retaking it will go up), Planning on Taking Math II in June, Spanish Next Year ( so i will have had it the longest)
Taking AP Calc AB next year ( Im in Math Methods SL this year)

Treasurer For Spanish Club (been in the club since freshman year)
In a Youth Orchestra (cello), and wrote an anecdote to submit for a grant for a specific program through the organization.
Played Cello for 5 years, Played Piano for 6
Graduated from the LeaderSpark Program
Volunteer with a Local Organic Garden, where some of the produce goes to the food pantry,
Volunteer at the Library, doing grounds work
With other IB students at school, we are holding fundraisers to support a school in Ghana, that needs electricity etc.
Science Technology Entry Program- I have done that since 8th grade, this year a self directed experiment is going to be presented at a state conference/competition
Tri-M Music Honor Society (although to to circumstances beyond control, there has not been any meetings this year)

Rensselaer
Worcester
Penn State
Georgia Tech
University of Michigan, Ann Arbor

The PSAT isnt a real indicator of how you will do on the real test. According to the PSAT, i should be going to a local CC. (480 averaged in the math?) I got into Carnegie Mellon for Electrical/Computer Engineering.

University of Rochester
Northeastern
Boston U
WPI
Pitt
Tufts
Rutgers
Lehigh
Case Western
U Maryland

Add Bucknell

We were very impressed by Drexel in Philadelphia. It is listed by USNW as up and coming, rightfully. It was my daughter’s backup.
