<p>I have called all 3 colleges that require certain standardized test options. Vassar and Boston College have both said that an applicant is allowed to send the SAT and ACT without SAT IIs. I did take the ACT with writing as well. I even found on Vassar’s website that:</p>
<p>“For candidates taking both the SAT Reasoning Test and the ACT, Vassar will use whichever scores are higher.”</p>
<p>I’ve called admissions officers twice to ensure this. I’m not sure if this would be a huge hook but I am an athlete (Women’s Rowing), for Boston College, Wesleyan, or USC, and a URM (African American). I think all colleges listed will take the January sitting of the SAT except for Boston College.</p>
