<p>I haven’t checked this thread in a while. And I feel now that my chances of getting into colleges are about the same. Except from what I have heard, my SAT scores are pretty high and put me in a lot better place in regards to admissions to state schools. Is it true that some schools will accept me based solely on my test scores, or forgive some of my bad grades (particulary in English, because my scores are fairly high)?</p>
