Decesions...suggestions? (animation, computer hardware engineer, USC, MICA, etc.)

Well I'm in a state of moratorium. I want everything, but obviously this is not possible. Here is my situation, and I hope you could help me. I'm from NJ btw.

College Choices:

University of Southern California
-PRO: University Setting, prestigious, sports, in California (lots of multimedia and art)
-CON: Very expensive, far away from home, need to ship some heavy stuff (desktop PC)

MICA
-PRO: cheaper (I also have a 42k scholarship), programs I am very interested in (animation, environmental design, etc.), fairly good name in art-society.
-CON: Not university setting, pure art college, Ghettoish surrounding, "too-artsy, tatooed, smoke a lot" kids.

Wake Forest:
-PRO: University Setting, perfect amount of kids, first-year is dedicated to choosing a major (very important to me)
-CON: Rather expensive, grade deflation "Work Forest", few art programs

And here is my other problem - I can't seem too choose a major:

Animation/ Multimedia:
-PRO: I'm very good in drawing, I love animation and computers, I want to make animations
-CON: Not sure if this will suit me as a "Job", I heard it is a very strenuous job with somewhat low salaries (median of $55k)

Computer Hardware Engineer:
-PRO: I'm interested in computer hardware, I love building PCs and specs, good salary (median of $90k)
-CON: I'm not too good in math (at least in high school), not sure exactly what one does as a computer Hardware engineer.

Or Something Else...Psychology, Environmental Science, suggestions?

I would love some help and suggestions in finalizing the most important decision of my life.

-thanks!

I would say USC since it seems from your descriptions of the two that USC has less cons that are truly related to the college.

As for your career, I cannot help make that decision for you.
