Im only a sophmore in high school but i already have my college of choice and major and minor picked out...i was looking on the colleges website and it says you can pick a dorm by yourself or with another person im very social and love to have fun but im scared the other person is going to be boring and not fun at all what should i do???

ps: the school i want to go to is west chester university(major psychology minor spanish) they have a thing online where it helps to pick a roommate thats like you but im still questioning it...any ideas on what to do???

just wait and chill out until you get accepted.

I agree with DylanK – you’re only a sophomore in high school. You’ll change, which means your college and major/minor of choice will also change. And it’s not like everyone is friends with their roommates.

yeah you can’t pick this out yet. I agree with the previous posts. You’'ll more than likely change what college you want to go to. I know I did between sophomore and senior year.

Yep, too early, sorry.

Yeah, wait until you’re a senior to decide. There’s a big possibility you won’t even want to go to the same university in two years.

Little girl, I know you’re excited and everything, but you need to first get accepted before you start planning where you’ll be living. Not trying to be mean, but it’s the truth.

You’ll know what you want to do by the time you get to college. You’re still practically knew to high school. People can change a lot in the last two years of high school. That boring person that you’re already afraid of meaning 2 years from now can completely change too. And so can you.

But I know how you feel, I thought I had everything planned out and then the semester I graduated high school I found a new school I loved. So it’s okay to plan everything, because I know how fun it is, but trust me, it’s not worth it to get nervous and anxious about everything because plans and interests change all the time.
