With regard to standing/priority, I believe both cases were at Purdue, where you’re basically “defined” as a Soph/Jr/Sr. with 30, 60, 90 credits, for scheduling and housing priority. I get the sense that it’s somewhat out of the ordinary, so consider the responses as one data point, and quite possibly an outlier.
