<p>So I activated my account as soon as I got the letter, but when I went to the page this time and tried to get in it said:</p>

<p>I checked and double checked and tried and tried, but it's not working! Any insight? Help!</p>
<p>You don't need to activate your account again. Once you're activated, you're done with the PIN. I think you're probably going to the wrong link.</p>
<p>If that doesn't help, there's a help email address on that page and that might be your best option.</p>

<p>this happened to me and i emailled the tech help ppl.</p>
<p>basically, all they said was that my account was already activated, and so that's why the pin no longer works. however, i don't understand why i keep being directed to that page when i type in the web address that yale sent. i'm pretty befuddled myself...is this happening to other ppl? and if so, how do you get it to just direct you to the logon page, instead of the activation page?</p>
<p>Right now, there isn't a logon page other than the one on the Yale homepage. Stop typing the address they sent you because it was only to activate your account. When decision day comes, there will be a link on the Yale admissions page. Just let it be until then.</p>
