I'm certain this kind of question has been asked hundreds of times before. I've seen a few while searching. I'd like to present my own pros and cons however, and hopefully people out there will have an opinion and post it.

So, why don't I start off with pros and cons.

AP Bio Pros: I was great at Freshman Bio, I don't mind the material, as memorizing is a strong point for me, supposedly a great teacher teachs it, and it probably would help me more if I chose to become a doctor through the BA/MD route.

AP Bio Cons: I don't know anyone who's going for Bio, the essays and such turn me off

AP Physics Pros: I was good at Physics, supposedly a great teacher teaches it, I'm very strong in Calculus, and all my friends are taking AP Physics.

AP Physics Cons: I feel like as if I'm tolerating the material, just because I'm good at it doesn't mean I like it that much.

Additional Info: I'm an AP Chemistry beast this year, have held the title of #1 in the class all year against some tough competition (all the the friends taking Physics next year, who'll probably be better than me at it if I take it, heh.)

I'm pretty certain that BA/MD programs just want to see if you're strong in at least 1 science, not like as if they'd favor AP Bio over AP Physics, but I think even if I didn't take either one and just said I rocked at AP Chem (also assuming I get a 5) I think I'd be fine.

Basically, looking at the above, it kinda boils down to a subject which I can tolerate with all my friends in it which I can do well in (Physics) or a subject which...I can't say I like, but I mean, I don't like Chem either, but I don't mind learning it, which is better than tolerate, but none of my friends would be there, but I know I would be #1 in that class, especially because my friends/competition wouldn't be there.

Ugh, I'm absolutely split in the middle with this decision. So...if you were me, what would you do?

And...if you have any reasons why Bio is better than Physics, or vice versa, or any personal experience with the matter, feel free to post.
