Decision Between M.Arch Programs: Tulane, Northeastern

I am a current senior finishing up my B.S. in Arch degree. In a few weeks I have to make my decision about where I’m going to attend graduate school to complete my M.Arch accredited degree. Out of the schools I have been accepted to, I’ve narrowed it down to Tulane and Northeastern. Both have offered aid and scholarship, both are in cities that I would love to study in. I know a lot about the Tulane M.Arch program because I have a friend who is currently in the program but I don’t know much about the Northeastern program. Can anyone tell me more about it? Specifically in comparison to the Tulane program?

To my knowledge so far, the program at Tulane is a better option in terms of its quality of education and prestige. However, Boston is a city that I would like to end up working in after I graduate with my M.Arch. New Orleans is beautiful but isn’t necessarily a city I want to settle down in because all of my family and friends are in the northeast. In the scenario that I attend Tulane, would it be difficult to find a job in Boston after graduation? If so, would it then be worth it to attend Northeastern because of co-ops, connections, etc.

Personally I would pick Tulane. Cheaper to live there too. They are well known. I don’t like the Northeast. It’s too cut throat! Tulane is highly collaborative.
