<p>I just received an email from Binghamton saying "Congratulations, you're the one we want!" and its only a little box that plays a congrats theme...</p>
<p>I talked to all of my friends and they said they only received packets in the mail, nothing by email....</p>
<p>Has anyone else received one??</p>
<p>My daughter received it. She had received her acceptance a while ago, though, so it wasn’t anything new. It does sound like you’ve been accepted.</p>
<p>I received the email too, which was weird because I got my packet over a month ago. Though apparently they’ve been rolling. Sounds like good news for you though! I got the packet before I started getting emails, so maybe because it’s March they’re sending emails first. I’m sure they’re behind on paperwork and things, but congratulations!</p>
<p>Got the packet last week, got the e-mail today. It’s nothing special imo, probably just a way of telling students in case some packets got lost in the mail.</p>

<p>He received his acceptance packet in the mail about a month ago- and an Email this evening. Seems kinda random??? But probably good news for you.</p>
<p>Also…a few days before he received his packet he received an Email from Bing about being a Green University. Did anyone else receive that?</p>

<p>I got the greenie email 3/9 which had the innocuous looking little “PayDeposit” tab, 3/12 got the big green envelope, got the congrats email 3/15.
A good friend got a rejection email yesterday 
He had a much higher GPA, my SAT was much higher.</p>

<p>Yeah I’m not really surprised that a 1180 got rejected. A few of my friends who are in the low 1300s got rejected as well. I’m at 1400 but my GPA isn’t spectacular, seems like SATs might’ve weighed a bit more heavily this year.</p>
<p>I’m still eagerly awaiting a response. I know some people in my school who received respones a while back, while others are still waiting. I hope I get in, or atleast get feedback soon, so I can start making my decision. I’m going to keep checking my email ever day.</p>
<p>My SAT CR and Math was only 1210 and my GPA was a 96. It’s a slight reach, but I’m trying to remain optimistic.</p>
<p>Same stats as me except my combined CR and Math would be 1170 lol</p>
