Decision Notification

As Cornell admissions selection committees approach the end of regular decision application review, we want to share information with you regarding Cornell’s online admission decision notification process.

Regular decision applicants will be able to view their admission decision online on Wednesday, March 30, beginning at 5:00 p.m. (EDT). A few days prior to the decision release date, we will contact all regular decision applicants by email with instructions for viewing your decision online. Please note that your decision will not be posted on your Cornell online application status account, so please follow the instructions that will be outlined in our email to you.

You do not need to do anything further at this time. We will post a new message on our website once we have sent the email instructions for viewing your decision online.

Please note that transfer admission decisions are communicated by letter on a rolling basis beginning in mid-April.

I didn’t get an email too and a lot of people have gotten one already. I didn’t get any email about how and when to check your decision.
Does the email contain the username and password to sign in to check the decision or will that be sent at a later time?

I haven’t gotten one.
