<p>I’m on my phone at school and when I clicked on a link on the letter it timed me out of the portal and now I can’t get back in. 
I took a screenshot of the letter though. “On behalf of the Board of Admission, I am pleased to offer you a place in the Wellesley College Class of 2016. You deserve praise for your accomplishments, which distinguished you in a competitive and talented applicant pool. Your excellent academic record and personal achievements placed you at the very top of this remarkable group.” Basically it then said the packet will be mailed tomorrow and admit days are April 23-24. Good luck everyone! I hope you all can access your portals soon!</p>

<p>My daughter was wait listed. Does anybody know where to find historical data on Wellesley with regards to the wait list? Like…how big is the wait list normally?</p>

<p>Here’s the Common Data Set which has information on Waitlisted students.</p>
<p>Vadad1, a couple of years ago of 543 accepting a place on the wait list (and more would have been offered a place), 6% were eventually admitted. So around 32.</p>

<p>Thanks for that info. That’s just a stupid big waiting list. Wait listing twice a number of kids that is twice the size of the entering class is just ■■■■■■■■.</p>
