Decision dates for top colleges?

I tried searching for threads about this but the keywords I used were too broad and so I couldn't find what I was looking for.

So, does anyone know the specific date that the Ivies and other top schools will be releasing their decisions (via email or internet)? I've read March 30 on one website but I'm not sure if that's accurate.

Mar 30 or April 1

I think it depends on the individual school. Check their admissions websites.

“Candidates will be notified of their admissions decisions at the beginning of April.” -Dartmouth portal

Well, it seems that the Ivies won’t all be on one day this year. How anticlimactic. Yale is March 30th, Dartmouth is April 1st, I am unsure if any others have been released.

^They might update it. I know Yale, Penn, and Princeton are releasing decisions on March 30th. I would be pretty surprised if the Ivies didn’t release them on the same day.

The method for the decisions depends on the school. I know Harvard does email, and Yale, Penn, Princeton do it through a decisions site

“We expect decisions will be sent via email from Dean Richard Shaw on April 1 after 3pm (Pacific Time).” - Stanford Email

This is just odd timing on every college’s behalf.

Stanford might release the decisions earlier than they expect to like they did for REA
