Decision deferred?

<p>I looked at my application status and it said they won't make a decision until they get my final transcript and ucf requires transfer students to attend orientation but the last orientation date is dec. 10 and my semester ends dec. 17. So this means even if they accept me I can't go to ucf spring 2015? I mean this really sucks why is it set up like that</p>
