decision help: cornell vs. uva!!!

i need help deciding between uva and cornell. at cornell i was accepted into the hotel school, and at uva i would hope to study in the commerce school (i would have to apply in my second year). i am concerned about the academic pressures at cornell and that i would not be able to keep up, but at uva i am worried that i wont be accepted into the comm school and i will be stuck studying something that i am not interested in.
any help/advice would be appreciated!!!

If money isn’t an issue and you want to study hotel management, Cornell hands down! I think you will find the hotel school collaborative and welcoming.

My daughter was grappling with the same decision. After 2 visits to both, looks like she has decided UVA is for her. She really didn’t like the feel and vibe at Cornell. She wanted to like it, as it’s closer and a bit less expensive than UVA. However, at the end of the day, the thought of being there caused her tremendous anxiety. It’s a tough choice.

Whatever you hear about academic pressure is not relevant to the School of Hotel Administration. Go to Cornell. You won’t regret it.
