Hey! Is this a school that sends an email or updates their admissions portal? I have a few schools that didn’t email me at all when decisions were out; I had to just go on their website and login to see. I wonder if it’s the same thing. If not, calling sounds like the way to go. Is this Colorado School of Mines?

No, it’s Texas A&M. They have to send an email, because they always do that. I am wondering if anybody with similar situation let me know about him/her application.
@Naahid well I had a similar experience waiting on a college to send out an email or send out anything really. So I had emailed them and they said I was accepted but it was too late to send in my transcripts. If I were you I’d send out emails and call ASAP
But Teddy I am not sure that’s the right thing to do. I am afraid they reject me because of the email and also I don’t know so much about Texas A&M university. Some people say they are slow in everything and I have to wait.
@Naahid You should have received instructions for setting up a username and password for their online system when your application was received. For us, this was a few days after submitting. You may want to go back and look at your old emails for this information. Your status will be posted there (https://applicant.tamu.edu/).
All A&M freshman decisions have been made for the year, so don’t hesitate to contact them if you can’t locate the necessary login information. They were extremely helpful when I called them with questions a couple of months ago and didn’t sound like the type to hold grudges anyway. I’m sure they will want to help you find out whether or not you have been accepted.
@Naahid – there is a great forum for Texas A&M on here: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/texas-m-university/ Are you an international student? Several have posted that they only recently received their letters. I would definitely contact the admissions office and check on your status, as sltxdad suggested, if you can’t find the information about accessing the online application system. Good luck!
