I got deferred from Johns Hopkins ED, and I found out via email.
did everyone get the actual decision letter?
Because I have not.

Letters were sent to everyone: admits, defers and denies. If you received an email then a decision letter was also sent.

Do you live abroad? It can take up to a month for international mail to arrive. Since defer letters were sent normal post I would give it some more time for your letter to arrive.

If you live in the states, then you should contact the Admissions Office (410-516-8171) on Wednesday to have a duplicate letter sent.
