does anyone know when they're being sent out?

i think the website says they'll be mailed out in late march...

According to Viewbook, decision are announced before April 15; but i think Haveford will sent out letter in later march so that everyone would get decision by April 15.

From what I've heard on campus, admissions decisions were mailed out last Friday morning. Good luck everyone :)

What what what??? So, if I live in DC, my letter could come...today...in like 6 hours...or maybe tomorrow, in about 30 hours. You best not be lying to me about them sending those thingies out on that day there. Y'hear?

This is exciting.

WHOA, MATTISTIC. WHOA. I hope what you say is true!

Good luck everyone! Post when you get your letter so we all know what to look for!!

wow, how exciting! i wonder how soon the letters will get here...hopefully today or tomorrow (i'm in nj so i assume that i should hear soon)

According to President Tom Tritton and one of Haverford's Admissions Officers at our last Customs Meeting, decision were mailed out on Friday. Haverford apparently hopes to fill a class of 313 students for next year. I'd expect with the large size of our class (and the apparent lack of available housing), this year's selection was especially difficult. Again, good luck.

bfh87- I live in DC too, and I'm also freaking out a little bit... scratch that. A LOT. groans

I got my letter today: rejected.

Oh, well. And haveford was somewhere near the bottom of my college list in terms of selectivity. But I also wasn't that interested in attending, so it's all good.

ugh, rejected. oh well, not my first choice but it still hurts.

The exact same thing happened to me. Haverford was in the lower selectivity range of the colleges I applied to and they rejected me. I'm kind of annoyed actually. With my rejection letter came an acceptance letter to a school just as competitive if not slightly more, so I'm not really sure what to make of it. Honestly, it really makes me nervous about my chances elsewhere.

hmmmm waitlisted. Not as bad as a rejection but still somewhat dissapointing. Oh well, luckily I already got into some other schools I like and will hopefully get into my other top pick.

I was waitlisted also. I really had no idea whether I'd get in, but I'm surprised no one on the board has yet. Hopefully this just means that Haverford had to cut back due to high enrollment last year or something, because as others have said, Haverford wasn't exactly the most selective school I applied to...

Good luck to those still waiting!

waitlisted

i don't understand this at all. haverford wasn't the most selective on my list either, but i was certainly interested in it.

yeah, haverford wasn't my most selective either. makes me verrry nervous, especially since this is my first letter!

i got in! heard through email.... didnt get a letter quite yet...
its not my top chocie anyways and the email didnt say anything about fin aid (hmmmm....???) if they dont give me money, i'll leave my spot open for anyone on the waitlist....

good luck everyone~~!!

Yeah, I wouldn't worry too much, I just got into Brandeis and that's pretty exciting.

majadito and those waitlisted, would you mind posting your stats so those of us who were waitlisted or haven't heard have some idea as to our chances? thanks! here are mine:
