Other Factors: I visited and interviewed. I definitely showed interest. It was my second choice after Brown and Swarthmore, but I guess they don't really want me.. I'm kinda disappointed

OK- I am totally, completely freaking out here. I haven't heard yet, and I live in DC! Shouldn't I have heard yet?! And with the stats of the people on the board getting rejected/wait-listed, it's making me really nervous.... Regardless, good luck to all of you and congrats to those who got in!

I HAVEN'T HEARD YET AND I LIVE IN A SUBURB OF PHILLY! ***? It is possible that some of the people who were waitlisted were "overqualified," but I didn't think Haverford did that... maybe it had something to do with demonstrated interest or something... no idea.

For those of you who live close an haven't heard, perhaps they sent rejections first? I don't think we're overqualified - Haverford is a really great school and I considered it a match for me I think...I think they just had a lot of apps and not very many spots. Good luck!

two kids from my town got waitlisted so far.. i haven't heard anything.

genius have you heard from swat yet

No, I applied EDII and got deferred. A girl in my class got in last week with lower scores and grades than I have, but she's a minority so that may be why she got in early.. maybe they just haven't sent out all the letters? I reallly hope I get in. This wait is awful!

oh yeah... it's so subjective. colleges simply HAVE to have a kid from, alaska, because, you know, anything less would be simply unheard of. lol.. seriously it's nothing personal. i haven't heard yet either so we'll see.

I think email just go to the intenational students.

ana, is your SN for real? i think i know what it means...PM me

Yes. what means what?

status: waitlisted (I'm sorta surprised yet not because it was a match school for me. I'm just scared for the rest of my schools, which include the ones that I really want to go to.)

Stats:

Gender: female

Other Factors: I thought I showed interest early on, but I was unable to interview and my honor essay could have been done much earlier rather than the day of. oops...

waitlisted with similar stats to people here. hmm, what exactly was haverford looking for?

I was waitlisted too. I thought I was qualified, but my essay wasn't especially good. Still, would've been nice.

Sounds like they definitely sent out waitlists/rejections first and e-mailed int'ls, so people waiting either have slow mail or acceptances on the way i think...

A few non-int'ls have been admitted. Anyone from DC-metro area hear?!
