No, it's nothing good or bad. It just means that you are not an immediate admit (for whatever reason) and they would like to go over your application a little longer to make the decision. Mine still says "Complete-ready for review."

There will not be any admit/deny/deferred decisions posted until mid-December. Ready for review means your file has necessary things in it so it can be reviewed for admission. Some may later be admitted without review by admissions committee (essentally a computer admit). Manual review means you will defintiely be reviewed. It means nothing adverse. Also, large number may never see manual review on the site but will still be reviewed by actual admissions personnel from the college. Often manual review merely reflects that the particular program or college does not even do automatic admit, or something simple like you do not have a class rank because your high school does not rank and thus someone needs to estimate it.

On mine, it says:
Application Status: Complete ready for review
Decision: Complete-Ready for Review

What's it supposed to mean? Does it mean that an immediate decision
has been made and they're making sure it's right? BTW I applied with
a 30 ACT and a 4.0. PLease help me

It simply means that your file is deemed complete and an admissions decision can be made. You will not know exactly when that decision is actually made; sometime between now and about Dec 10 essentially all priority date application decisions will be made and then loaded on the system for mass release on Dec 14.

Manual review required has nothing to do with you not being an "immediate admit." It doesn't mean there's any sort of deferral. Like many large public schools, Illinois is heavy on stats, so the admissions process goes really quickly IF THEY HAVE ALL THE INFO. Does your school rank? If not, that is probably the reason a manual review is required. Without a rank, they need to look at your school's profile with your grades to figure out how well you've done. It's nothing bad.
