Decision UC Davis or UofT

I received an offer from UC Davis for major in economics and an offer from University of Toronto for “Studies in Social Sciences” program. I don’t know how to choose between them.I like the urban campus in UofT St. George but I haven’t visited UC Davis yet. Since I’m a US citizen, the tuition fee in UC Davis is a lot cheaper than UofT. I did some research and I can’t make up my mind. What are your thoughts about these two universities? Thanks
