Hi my son has applied to Purdue as EA but has not yet received any communication… what should he do? Many of his friends have received acceptance. Do they send a rejection?
Has he checked his Purdue portal? Made sure emails weren’t going to SPAM? It took weeks before we got the snail mail confirmation. If nothing is on his portal, I would tell him to email the university and ask. Is it possible the application wasn’t totally complete before the EA date?
Yes he has checked. I don’t think that application was incomplete. But I’d it advisable to write to them for their decision?
I would tell him to go ahead and email admissions!

My daughter has a friend that is in the same position. Several other classmates received their decisions but one of them has heard nothing. Not sure if she has called yet but just know your son’s not alone as far as not hearing.
