@hopeful78 Yes I believe it means you’re admitted, congrats. I just checked my portal and it’s there now so I assume I got in also! 
Biomedical Engineering applicant over here.
For those that got the new sections in SOLAR as I just did, how long did it take to get the acceptance letter in the Application Status page?
EOP financial requests will start going out this week, I believe, or maybe early next week.
Next batch of regular acceptances will probably be next week.

Hey all… one quick thing.
Regardless of what you see or may not see in SOLAR, your admissions decision is NOT final until you click on “application status” and there’s a letter of admission in there. Sorry for the confusion; sometimes SOLAR has things happen on the back end, especially if you have an old app on file or if you’re an ACE student in high school. But you’re not officially admitted until you see that letter.

It is the same with me. I got the new student folder in my Solar. But no official acceptance letter yet. I hope I get it soon. I am international student btw.
@sbuadmissions when you said old app on file, do you mean old as in time wise or old as in applied previously? Thanks for your help

New Student folder seems to show up about 2 days before the acceptance letter
Just checked and my Solar changed and added the new student tab and I have the option to pay my deposit!! Hopefully this is good news. SB is my first choice.
I got in a couple of days ago 92.2 gpa, 30 ACT Major: Chemistry
Accepted. Checked my app status just now and the acceptance letter was there. 91.9 Gpa 1900 SAT. Major: Journalism.
Just got Accepted for Health Science.
If literally everyone in my school got their decisions and I didn’t, does that mean anything bad? I don’t understand…
@JustaGemini no. It depends when you got your app in, when your supporting info got there, the major you applied to, etc. just be patient! Acceptances seem to be rolling from this point on. Check last year’s thread as well.

@sbuadmissions my son has not received an acceptance or deferral letter at this point however he did receive an invitation to apply for a STEM scholarship. Due on 3/14. Is this a good indication for him to apply for it and that he has been accepted into SB ? Or was this a general email sent out to all applicants regardless of status?
