<p>Yeah, that's actually a really good idea. I just sent an email to my counselor to have her basically just ask them what went wrong. It can't hurt, right? Also, I'm pretty sure my counselor and teachers didn't badmouth me in their recommendations,</p>

<p>I have several theories:
1. The business school is just that hard to get into
2. They didn't like my class rank (74/556). I did have plenty of extracurriculars and always took the hardest classes (honors and AP), though.</p>

<p>It's probably a combination of the two.</p>

<p>I honestly didnt care too much, i didnt really know much about them and I didnt really like how religious this school is. The only plus was that it was near philly, but i can live without that. I guess ill hear if get off the waitlist.</p>

<p>@ Tinhyhe: I received an email that said "unfortunately we are unable to provide you any financial aid" or something along those lines... it was such a bitersweet acceptance.</p>

<p>to those who were accepted: hey, so have you guys received the package (with official acceptance letter and FA) ? I'm an international student, and I was accepted but haven't received anything except the online decision/ FA info on Novasis. Probably the mail is taking quite some time to reach me, but I'm starting to worry :|</p>

But Ive heard Villanova puts a ton of people on the waitlist.
