<p>I have midterms all week… the seniors at my school are so not digging this week! :(</p>
<p>It does feel pretty odd to have so many months of waiting finally come to an end. I’m waiting on the decisions from Columbia, UPenn, and Cornell (ironically, I didn’t end up applying to Yale) to make my final college decision. I’m hoping for the best, but sort of expecting the worst.</p>
<p>My little sister applied to Duke and Columbia, and from what I hear (i’m away at college) she’s really freaking out. I hope all of you hear good news on Thursday.</p>

<p>When you’re on the portal and it shows your application submission status and date (with the square you guys were discussing), does it show the date you guys submitted it on? Because I submitted everything by 12/31/2011, but it’s showing 1/4/2012…</p>

<p>Me too! I submitted my application on Jan. 1st, but the website says I submitted on the 3rd. So glad that there are others who are facing the same issue as mine :)</p>

I will try to reach the Admissions Office tomorrow via phone and post what they say here. I emailed them a while ago but they haven’t responded yet, and probably won’t before decisions so I shall call!</p>
<p>I logged onto my application tracking account…and there is NO INFO there…it used to show it before. What happened? My screen only says “you will be able to track between <strong><em>and</em></strong>.” Did Columbia like delete my app or something because I was rejected? I’m confused.</p>
<p>No, it’s too late to use the application tracking website. Columbia should have emailed you another website a few days ago to check your decision with on Thursday. You can log into it now, but it won’t show you a decision or anything.

<p>Okay so I called the office and they said the later date shown for submission on their decision website is fine - just when they processed everything. Whew!</p>

yea we all know Columbia admission is a crapshoot but that’s no reason to say you’re not getting in. I’ll say I’m not getting if I see a rejection letter tomorrow lol.</p>

Although it’s cheaper and not bad at all, I still…really want to go somewhere else.</p>
