<p>Just got in today in Northern California. SO STOKED I’m in someplace I honestly, truly want to go.</p>
<p>My status changed to " Your application is being reviewed by the admission committee. We will mail notification of their decision by April 1. If for some reason you don’t receive our written notice, we will be happy to provide the results over the phone beginning April 11th." on 2/26/08. </p>
<p>I apped regular decision. I haven’t received anything the mail yet. Is this a good “sign” that I got in? Or do I just have to wait for the acceptance package :</p>

<p>laptop19- I didn’t apply for financial aid, but shouldn’t it come with the acceptance package?</p>

<p>acm- The letter was dated 2/29/08. My status was changed to review on 1/29/08. Hope this helps.</p>
<p>acm, my letter was dated Feb 29, and my status stayed unchanged with “being reviewed” since Jan 30.</p>
<p>Does anyone know how many people on here have received acceptances who are on the East Coast? i know of the one Maryland person…is that it?</p>
<p>svg: One from New York as well…Most of us, though, have not had status changes to “reviewing application” so I’m guessing not in this wave…(or already on the rejection pile…)</p>
<p>New York and Maryland have a different admissions counselor than New Jersey and Pennsylvania. I wonder if that makes a difference???</p>
<p>I wonder if there’s a difference between the statuses that have April 1 as the latest date, and April 11 … hmmm.</p>
<p>But what about other East Coast applicants, like in CT, VA, DC, NC, SC, GA, FL? Anyone there? Maybe those will be in the mail tomorrow…</p>

also, i’m an international applicant, from Canada, even though i’m not a Canadian citizen.</p>
<p>patchouli: We have discussed that on these here boards before…Who knows how stuff works? All I know is that my d had her app completed in early November, has comparable stats to the people accepted today, but seems to be on the “slow” track for admissions to “review her app”…Her status changed to “we have received your grades and need no more info” on 2/10 (and we are from NJ)…there are still people in preliminary review…</p>
