Like everyone else, Im having a really hard time trying to decide where to go. I know I want to be a doctor, so I am leaning towards a program, but I am still not sure.

Med Acceptances:
URochester
UPittsburgh
Case
Miami
Drexel

Regular:
Rice
Duke
Penn
Northwestern (didn't apply to HPME)

I have pretty much taken off Northwestern, URochester, & Drexel.
Any thoughts on what I should do?

does upitt require an MCAT? If not, go there--they have an awesome med school. I'm suprised you're not considering urochester. They have a great program as well. I personally would have selected between rochester, case, and upitt (if it doesn't have an mcat requirement). Forget about drexel.

If you decide you want to go to a regular undergrad, you can't go wrong with any of the schools you listed. Rice has a great premed system too since they're pretty close to that huge medical center (makes for great premed opportunities)

it is a matter of opinion that penn CAS isn't as good. penn has like a few hospitals on campus. the children's hospital is in the middle of campus. penn also has an excellent medical school. the mcat averages are higher at penn than any other med school but...
if i were you, i would chose a med program. if i were you, for me it would be btw. u rochester and u pittsburg. as sons of liberty mentioned, both are awesome programs.

pitt and case both have top 20 med schools. Getting into a guaranteed med program affiliated with a top 20 med school is pretty much better then anything else could be if you wanna be a doctor. Pick case or pitt.

how good is upitt's program compared to usc's program or just a straight undergrad degree at mit and then the applicant would apply to medical school?
