Has anyone received decisions for fall 2016?

Is there a general period of time early submissions (i.e. in the first week of September) can hear back in, before the January 31, 2016 date stated on the UW-Madison site? I guess a different way to state it: how often do these early people hear back before that date?
No one knows. I doubt it’s first in, first out. You can look at threads from last year to try to glean information.

It could be that people with 31+ ACT and 3.9+ GPA and great EC’s and essays and are Wisconsin residents hear back earlier.
Got a music school decision this week. Won’t get U decision until Feb 1.
