Decisions for Deferred Applicants

Has anyone who was deferred to regular consideration received a decision yet? If so, please say so and what the decision was.

I suspect Binghamton will do as it did with Early Action candidates and let the people admitted know first, followed by those who are waitlisted, and finally those who are rejected, but I don't know this for a fact. Does anyone else?

They do not let admitted students know first.

Deferred about 3 weeks ago, and was accepted today.

Congrats @andybatts! Did you receive your envelope in the mail or log on to pay your deposit?

Checked online yesterday on my status and it said accepted Congratulations! Got the letter in the mail today.

Ah, ok. Sorry to be a pain, but did it say congratulations as soon you logged in to the status checker, or did you have to all the way into your application page?

I went on my application page and it said it on there.

What were your stats? Did you send anything additional?

105.6 weighted GPA, 28 ACT, good EC’s and community service. I didn’t send anything extra but my GC may have sent my mid year grades.

I was accepted on February 15th after being deferred. I have a 97.5 weighted GPA, 28 ACT, 1240 for math/critical reading and a 1920 with writing. I sent an additional letter of recommendation related to volunteering I’ve done since I applied. My guidance counselor also sent my mid-year grades.
