Alright, just so everybody will stop asking.

We are 100% sure they're being released online, since Princeton sent us (or some of us, don't freak out if you didn't get it) and email saying "register here so that you can check your decision status online."

We are 99% sure that they're being released on March 29 EVEN THOUGH they say "early April," since Yale and Harvard and others have said "early April" and then actually say March 29. Close enough. All Ivies usually release on the same date anyway.

If anybody has any questions about the decision release date, time, or format, can we keep it on this thread so that nobody needs to ask the same question 8023820 times? I know it's an important question and I don't blame anyone who's asked it thus far (you're not dumb or annoying in the least bit, please don't take this that way).

"*Please note, you will not be able to use the online system to check the
status of your application if:
You did not list both an email address and a PIN on your application."

So maybe if you opted not to list a PIN (I think it was an option at the very beginning), you didn't get the email?

It was weird though, because it sent it to me telling me to register when I registered for that thing about 3 weeks ago. I have a different password for my application status check than I did for actually working on my application, though, so maybe they wanted to make sure that I changed it? Who knows. I don't think anybody should read too much into it.

PEOPLE! Relax. Take some deep breaths. Don't worry about the @$&! e-mail. Go do your homework, spend hours on facebook and IM'ing your friends and just chill!

APmom, I've got to show your post to Marmom. She's still in full homework nag mode even though it is second semester. She'll think you're an enemy agent.

Note that two years ago, Harvard and Columbia released decision information 1 or 2 days before Stanford and Princeton. Prepare for confusion :).

-.-"" hahah well I'm kinda glad the decisions will be out on March 29... Still I won't be able to check it!! *Flying on my way to a U of Notre Dame visit.... * gosh hope they have internet over there!!!! x]

Guys, I've just had a look at the old 2010 thread and it said that RD people received MAILs on March 31st, so I'm still not sure if Princeton is gonna change their tradition into releasing decisions online. But it can happen, who knows? :D

Oh and I didn't get that email either, I guess because I applied ED.

Anyway, 26 more days or whatever,... it's already March and I'm starting to freak out.

oasis you will get your acceptance information. but don't worry about it--if you're so desperate (which i would be, and am!), you can give your parents your login data and they can call you!
