<p>They don’t tell you before hand, according to ED applicants. The decision just shows up then they tell you a day later that the decisions are up.</p>
<p>Wash U is one of my top choices but it’s kind of far and a little expensive so I will see when other decisions come out.</p>

<p>I don’t have a top choice right now and I’ve never visited WashU so I don’t really know much about it other than that they sent me literally 5 paper applications + an online application. It kind of was one of those “for the heck of it” apps since it had no supplement. I would like to say it was more than that, but I haven’t looked into it too much since I don’t want to make myself love it and then set myself up for disappointment. I’m not really <em>in love</em> with any of the schools I applied to, not even my ED school anymore.</p>

<p>Good luck to everyone who is waiting, from a WashU parent. And remember, no matter what happens, a year from now you will likely be very happy wherever you end up matriculating. There are many paths in life we can take which lead to success and happiness.</p>
<p>So the official decisions date is not known yet? How will we know when to check our pathways?</p>

It’s not my " top choice school" but it’s definitely a school I would highly consider.</p>
<p>Has anybody called the admissions office and asked if they would reveal the exact date online decision would be released? Or are we just speculating that at the earliest it will be tomorrow?</p>
<p>i believe this has been said before but the admissions office never releases the date decisions will be released. these dates are all just speculation. just keeping checking the portal, my bet is the absolute latest they’ll be out is end of next week. and no, you will probably not receive an email until after decisions have been posted that decisions are out</p>
<p>However you can subscribe to this thread with “instant email notification” and one of our compulsive checkers will probably let you know! (That’s my plan, since I’m a mom without the ability to check the pathway. :))</p>
