Decisions so far..

+p25- CONGRATS!! That’s awesome :D

Got my first acceptance- UMass Amherst!!!

Thank you all! The pressure is off since December 9th! And Stanford is my first choice! But if I get into HYPM with considerable aid, then I will have to think before making a decision!

@IRBCobalt : You can see my stats in my previous posts

congrates phr34k! First of many to come!

Congratulations p25 and phreak :)

^Thanks :)

BTW p25, did you ask for aid at Stanford?

@phr34k

If I remember correctly, p25 didn’t ask.

Accepted into DGS in UIUC (:/) and UMass Amherst till now.
Waiting for Georgia Tech, UT Austin, and UW Seattle.

Why Seattle and not Madison?

I want to study AI, so I thought University of Washington would be a better option than University of Wisconsin.

Haha, you were referring to the University of Washington with UW. I feel stupid. Seattle isn’t in Wisconsin >__>

We all have our moments xD

Hey did any of you get any decision from Wisconsin?

I didn’t. Their website says internationals get notified by the end of March.

I know. Thought someone had got accepted to Wisconsin…

They have lost my transcripts and are asking for them again… :/

@phr34k: I didn’t apply for aid at Stanford. Stanford is not need blind for Internationals, so it will affect the chances of admission, and i did not want to take that risk.

Got accepted at Wisconsin 3 weeks ago. But I think it is rolling admission process.

So paying your way through… Anyway congrats again  Have fun there (if you end up going there i.e) Ooh and give the people at Berkeley a real hard time :D

When did you submit your Wisconsin app?

Accepted: Columbia (likely letter), Gtech, UIUC, Michigan Ann Arbor and Cambridge (Christ’s College). :D

Incredible! Congrats, DreamTecher! Are you leaning towards Columbia or Cambridge? And I assume you intend on majoring in engineering?
