YEAA i got into aerospace too

Got in to electrical engineering!!!

Out of state also.

YEAH!!! :D

(32ACT, 4.0GPA homeschooled)

And that admited with review isn't anything important, just means that the department looked at your app instead of the admissions commitee IIRC.

Thanks!! congrats again everyone!!

Hey where do i check my decisions?!!

OMFG
Decision: Admit
Program: BS:Engineering Mechanics -UIUC

YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!OMFG

admitted to CHEMICAL ENGINEERING!!! HECK YEAH

Does anybody know why chemical engineering in Liberal Arts College instead of Engineering?

In Comp Sci! OOS

I got in too. Is there any confirmation via Email?

I got into the School of Business!!!

Soo many people said my 23 on the act would get me denied!!

Now what I got in!!!!!!

To some questions above:

Admit college review, besides simply meaning that the particular college reviewed the file, often means something had to be checked on the data in your computer file -- for example, UIUC uses class rank, if your high school does not rank it estimates, but the data space for rank will be blank originally and somebody has to go in and do the estimate, resulting a "college review" entry.

Chemical Engineering being in LAS: its historical, when major was added about 100 years ago the engineering department had no facilities for it, the chemistry department did and it has thus remained in LAS since. Nevertheless, for all intents and purposes it is considered part of the engineering college -- follows same admission criteria (including usual 25% to 75% stats), attends engineering department meetings, follows engineering course requirements, and transfers to another engineering major are considered inter-departmental rather than inter-college transfers.

Confirmation by email: no, you will be getting admission package in mail.

Got into General Engineering, OOS

YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!

I got in!!!
College of Business: Admit!!!!!!

i got into LAS with 24 ACT or 25 superscored ACT!!! miracle did happen!!! so when will they send out official package?

hopefully as soon as possible... this is my first acceptance and want to have a look at this acceptance 'package'!!!!!!!! Well, though i'm international and it'll take years to reach here...

when I got accepted in December they mailed out the packet that day I belive. I got it the next week.

"hopefully as soon as possible... this is my first acceptance and want to have a look at this acceptance 'package'!!!!!!!! Well, though i'm international and it'll take years to reach here..."

From the way you phrase that it appears you are expecting to see more information than you will actually get. The package will have an acceptance letter, a retun card for accepting admission, some general university info, a housing contract and a lot info on housing. Honor society notices go out separately, likely in the next few weeks and merit awards if you get one likely won't come until April.

if my online status said admit, that means i am 100% in right? hope they didnt make any mistakes on my status lol
